The fashion company MAC, founded in 1973 near Regensburg, is a leading European manufacturer of women’s and men’s trousers. MAC sells over 6 million pants from six collections for men and women every year.
MACS Mission: Desirable, perfectly fitting trousers to produce in high quality and under sustainable conditions. This will be realized with a team of 480 employees and around 3,400 production employees in Europe and Turkey.
In addition to Germany, Mac supplies markets such as Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Great Britain and the USA. Distribution is via retail, its own online shop and various marketplaces.
Production is close to home, in in-house and European manufacturing facilities, which ensures resource-saving production and high quality standards. The company is a member of organizations such as BCI, GOTS and B.A.U.M. and is strongly committed to sustainability.

Structure of Azure Integration Architecture
In the course of the digitization of its business processes, our customer planned to set up a modern and agile integration architecture. The aim was to make data exchange between the core applications and external partners both flexible and future-proof. This should enable seamless communication and data integration that meets the company’s current and future needs.
An important part of this project was the implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end monitoring of the business processes. This monitoring should enable consistent monitoring of all processes from a single source to ensure high transparency, fast error detection and efficient problem solving. With these measures, our customer wanted to increase the efficiency and reliability of business processes and at the same time lay the foundation for future digital innovations.

In the next step, together with the customer, we decided to expand the integration solution with comprehensive, company-wide process monitoring. This enables a complete monitoring and optimization of business processes by the departments. In this area, the customer has decided on our product Data Passion Process Monitoring and is now introducing it together with us.
