FAQ: AI Value Workshop
A fee-based workshop in which we provide an overview of useful areas of AI application within your organisation, evaluate solutions independently of specific vendors, and prioritise realistic starting points.
For senior management and divisional heads, as well as teams from IT/Operations, Service & Support, Sales/Marketing, HR, and Finance. Focus on the decision-maker level; ideally 3–6 participants.
You will receive 2–3 prioritised AI use cases, each with a brief assessment of their benefits (in terms of time, quality, and cost) and a vendor-neutral recommendation on where it is really worth getting started.
We deliberately focus on a small number of high-quality use cases so that, in the end, you have clear priorities and quick starting points, rather than a long list with no clear focus on implementation.
In the AI Value Workshop, we provide a robust, practical assessment based on your process information (frequency, effort, stakeholders, volume). The result is a prioritised shortlist of specific use cases with a clear focus on benefits. Technical implementation takes place in Phase 3, the AI Solution Delivery phase.
No. The meeting is intended to provide an overview, context and prioritisation. We offer optional follow-up sessions to explore data, feasibility, or implementation in greater depth, with no obligation.
Objectives & Context → Overview & Structure → Identifying suitable solutions → Prioritisation → Summary & Q&A. Duration: Approx. 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the scope.
No preparation is required, and no production data is used in the workshop. We work with objectives, processes, and context.
Both options are available: remotely or, if preferred, on site in northern Germany.
