This is not about ready-made solutions. Specific use cases, ROI calculations, architectural decisions and decision-making frameworks for management are all covered in the AI Value Workshop, the next step for organisations with a clear AI project.

None. We work in consultation with you, taking into account your objectives, processes, and organisational context. Production data or presentations are not required.
Ideally, someone with decision-making authority or relevant influence, e.g. IT management, digital transformation leads, or operations management. No specialist IT knowledge is required.
You’ll receive a clear recommendation: Go, No-Go or Later. If it’s a ‘Go’, we’ll work with you to outline the next step, the AI Value Workshop (AI business case analysis). No pressure, no obligation.

The AI Discovery Call is currently offered as a remote appointment. An in-person appointment in northern Germany is available on request.
