In the first meeting, we look at your IT landscape and your current challenges together. We clarify where there is a specific problem, which options are available and which next step makes sense. At the end you have a clear, honest assessment of your situation and a solid basis for your next decision. The conversation usually lasts 60 to 90 minutes.
No. You do not need any technical knowledge and no prepared documents. It is enough if you know which systems are running in your company and where things aren’t working smoothly day to day. We ask the right questions and provide the technical context. If you already have architectural diagrams, interface lists or an IT strategy, you are welcome to bring them. It’s not necessary.
Because we implement and operate multiple integration platforms: Microsoft Azure, SAP Integration Suite, Lobster and nServiceBus. We are not tied to a single vendor and have no incentive to sell you a specific solution. Our recommendation is based on your existing IT landscape, your team and your goals. If Azure fits better, we say Azure. If Lobster is the more pragmatic choice, we say Lobster.
The initial consultation is free of charge and without obligation. If a concrete project emerges from the conversation, we will put together a customised proposal based on the requirements discussed. In many cases, we offer a structured entry via an assessment or workshop before a larger project starts, giving you full control over budget and scope.
